Overview

Cios is a SaaS product that helps tenants to transfer their lease early, avoiding hefty termination fees + making it easier for the property manager to handle. Cios charges 15% of the monthly lease amount as a fee.

Scope is to take top-of-funnel / outbound off of Terry's plate — hit their target lists with personalized emails and a cold calling script to generate demos. There is likely an opportunity to do the qualification call as well (and take it further in the cycle).

Core responsibilities (to Client)

Cesar will prioritize the following during this engagement. This is subject to change after staring with Terry, and iterating based on what is working:

1) Outbound Email / LinkedIn

Terry has built out the initial outbound system, including target account lists, personas, and associated messaging (+ how to personalize). Cesar will build on this by owning top-of-funnel:

Outcome 1: Cios has an outbound cadence (email / LinkedIn) that is handled daily and iterates on what is working / not working to improve conversion rate to qualified demo.

Outcome 2: Cios has a properly configured tech stack for outbound sales. Cesar will work with Terry to refine the stack for outbound and ensure that it’s scalable, i.e.:
